Sales Representative – Irrigation & Water Solutions

Country Water Solutions is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at our specialist irrigation store in Davenport.
We are the Bunbury Irrigear specialists — locally owned and operated experts in pumping, irrigation, filtration and water management, serving residential, commercial and agricultural customers across the South West.
About the Role
This is a full-time position focused on delivering excellent customer service on the sales floor and supporting the smooth running of the store.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers to find the right products on the sales floor
Answering customer questions about product features, benefits and suitability
Processing transactions using point-of-sale software
Walking the sales floor each shift to note and recommend pricing or spatial improvements
Staying up to date with current promotions
Identifying products that need replenishing and coordinating with the Sales Manager to restock




Resetting the sales floor to visual standards at the end of each day
About You
You will thrive in this role if you have:
A positive, can-do attitude and strong customer service focus
Experience in the irrigation or water industry (highly regarded)
Reliability, good organisation and the ability to work as part of a small team
Willingness to work occasional Saturday shifts during busy periods
Hours & Pay
Full-time: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
Rate: $30 – $35 per hour depending on experience
Occasional Saturday shifts required during peak seasons
