In this pivotal role, you will provide vital administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Mermaid Beach office located in QLD ****.
What you'll be doingProvide exceptional customer service to clients, stakeholders and the sales teamManage and maintain client databases and CRM systemsPrepare and distribute sales reports, presentations and other documentsAssist with property marketing and individual agent promotionCoordinate property inspections, open homes and other sales-related eventsAssist with the processing of sales transactions and documentationProvide general office administration support as needed




What we're looking forMinimum of less than 1 year experience in client-facing administrative or sales support rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesProficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suiteDesire to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentKnowledge of the real estate industry would be highly advantageous
