Position Profile and
Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Social Worker to join
our team.
As part of the multidisciplinary team the Senior Social Worker
will:
Plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate Social Work
services to patients in the clinical specialty area of
Community Care Unit and other assigned areas as appropriate
using advanced Social Work clinical practice skills.
Plan, implement and evaluate patient safety and quality of
care.
Practice as a Senior Social Worker and ensure practice is
in accordance with the Australian Association of Social Workers
Practice Standards **** and Code of Ethics **** and/or the
Society of Professional Social Workers Code of Ethics and SMHS
policies and guidelines.
