Bar, Bistro, Gaming and Bottle Shop
departments.

Bistro, Gaming and Bottle Shop operations across the Club.
Remuneration is under the Registered and Licensed Club award
Immediate Available Roles
Bar Attendants
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Deliver friendly customer service
Operate tills and POS
Maintain clean, stocked and well-presented bars
Follow RSA requirements and Club procedures
Gaming Attendants
Deliver exceptional service to gaming patrons
Process payouts and assist with Keno, TAB and membership enquiries
Monitor gaming areas and assist with promotions
Ensure Responsible Gambling and gaming compliance at all times
Bottle Shop Attendants
Assist customers with product recommendations
Receive and replenish stock
Merchandise shelves and promotions
Maintain stock rooms, cellar and bottle shop presentation




Bistro Attendants
Up to ***** hours Casual, Nights.
Welcome guests and provide friendly table service
Take food and beverage orders
Deliver meals and drinks efficiently
Clear and reset tables
Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area
Promote membership and provide outstanding customer service
Essential
Current Queensland RSA
Desirable
Food handling or hospitality experience (Bistro roles)
Previous experience in hospitality, gaming or retail liquor
Current RSG & Gaming Licence (Gaming roles)
Forklift Licence (Bottle Shop roles)
