The APS 6 Suicide Prevention Information Officer contributes to the development and implementation of suicide prevention knowledge, initiatives and programs across Defence.
They will require an in-depth knowledge of suicide prevention in a workplace context, including case conceptualisation and research.The role involves contributing to the Defence Suicide Review Process, developing reform recommendations, engaging with Defence Groups and external partners, and supporting policy development
