Buying software is easy.
Getting a labour hire agency's branch managers, recruiters, and payroll team to actually use it, that's the hard part, and it's the part most software companies get wrong.
At ZREC, we've built the technology that replaces recruitment and labour hire's duct-tape systems: the spreadsheets, the disconnected portals, the hours of manual admin nobody signed up for.
The platform works.
It's live, it's in production, and it's already solving real problems for real agencies.
What we need now is someone to make sure every new client actually gets there, from signed contract to a team that can't imagine going back to the old way.
What's in it for you:
Real ownership: you run client relationships end-to-end, not hand them off after week one
A seat near the product table: you report to the Product Manager, and what you hear directly from clients informs the roadmap
Hybrid that works: 4 days in our Melrose Park office, 1 from home
A team you'll actually want to be around: small, low-ego, genuinely cooperative.
Team lunches, monthly socials, end-of-quarter events
We back your wellbeing: monthly contribution toward gym / wellness memberships
Work that matters from day one: every client you onboard is proof the platform works, not a ticket closed
What you'll do:
Own the full post-sale journey for new clients, onboarding,
configuration, training, and the ongoing support that keeps them getting value long after go-live
Sit with agency staff and translate how they actually work into a ZREC setup that fits them, not a generic template
Run training sessions people remember, because you explain things in plain English, not product jargon
Be the first call when something isn't working, and stay on it until it is
Report to our Product Manager and feed what you learn straight back, your on-the-ground view of what clients struggle with shapes what gets built next
Keep an eye on adoption properly.
If a client isn't using the platform the way they should be, you'll know before they tell you
About you:
You've done implementation, onboarding, or customer success for a B2B software product before, ideally one with some operational complexity behind it
You can sit with a non-technical user, work out what they actually need, and configure a system to match, without making them feel silly for asking
You write and speak clearly.
No jargon, no waffle
You're organised enough to run several client rollouts at once without dropping one
Bonus: you know recruitment, labour hire, HR tech, or workforce management from the inside
