With almost 4,500 employees across more than 65 locations in Australia and overseas, we create and deliver content that informs, educates and entertains communities across the nation.About the RoleAs the Organisational Development Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering and continuously improving core people initiatives across the ABC.
This role is heavily focused on project management bringing structure, coordination and momentum to enterprise-wide OD programs and annual people cycles.You'll lead the delivery of initiatives including engagement surveys, performance appraisals, recognition programs and broader people and culture projects, while helping embed the ABC Values into the way these initiatives are designed and experienced across the organisation.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects, improving processes and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to create positive employee experiences.You will:Deliver key enterprise-wide OD programs and annual people initiativesManage project plans, timelines and delivery milestonesCoordinate engagement surveys, performance and goals processes, and recognition initiativesPartner with leaders, People & Culture teams and external providersPrepare reports, dashboards and insights for stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve processes, tools and employee experienceSupport initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and alignment to ABC ValuesPosition Description:
