An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Marketing manager to join our Marketing team!
This role is responsible for managing the overall promotion of ETI through developing and delivering marketing initiatives and communications which inform, support, promote and engage ETI external and internal stakeholders
Your duties and responsibilities:
Develop marketing plan in line with ETI's strategic initiatives and corporate objectives.
Implement plan, ensuring all internal stakeholders are engaged and informed.
Constant monitoring and evaluation of marketing plan against corporate objectives and business unit performance.
Manage the development, implementation, delivery and review of all internal and external marketing campaigns
Devise and develop new marketing initiatives for all ETI business units.
Collation and reporting of analytics for all areas of marketing with ETI (eg website, social media, digital and tradition marketing campaigns)
Lead ETI's brand strategy campaign including planning, development and execution
Coordination of internal and external branding and signage
Ensuring brand continuity across all marketing communications
Maximise and protect ETI's image, reputation and profile
Enhance and maximise ETI's social media presence
Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging multimedia content across all digital channels.
Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search engine rankings and drive inbound web traffic.
Provide direct management of ETI marketing employees to ensure the delivery of all marketing material and initiatives
Oversee and monitor team members' performance and workload.
Provide constructive and timely performance feedback to employees.




Develop and identify personal growth opportunities for team members.
Manage external supplier relationships with creative, digital and PR agencies.
What you'll need to succeed:
Excellent written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience working with and optimising employer benefits using a range of social media platforms.
Experience leading and/or mentoring
Essential:
Current class C drivers licence
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Marketing role
Experience in publishing and design software including Adobe InDesign Suite and Canva
Experience with on-line technologies and developing digital/social marketing campaigns
Experience in website management and maintenance
Experience in developing database marketing
Desirable:
Experience in preparing analytical reports, marketing and communications media plans, documents and publications to a high professional standard
Experience working within in a membership based environment
