The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting customers
Identifying customers' vehicle requirements and recommending suitable solutions
Responding to, logging and following up sales enquiries
Answering phone calls and booking appointments
Following the dealership's established sales process
Maintaining a high standard of vehicle and dealership presentation
Building strong customer relationships
Achieving individual and dealership sales targets and KPIs
Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Genuine and honest customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills




The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A positive, can-do attitude and strong initiative
A drive to succeed and achieve sales targets
A current WA driver's licence
A valid Motor Vehicle Salesperson's Licence
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
A passion for the automotive industry
Previous automotive sales experience will be highly regarded.
