Monadelphous is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Construction Supervisor to support an upcoming project based in Tocumwal, NSW.
This is a unique opportunity offering the potential for up to 2 years of ongoing work.Due to the nature of the role and work schedule, local candidates are essential.As Construction Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the subcontractors site activities and ensuring safe, effective, and compliant project delivery.
This position requires strong coordination skills and a proactive approach to leadership on site.The role will see you responsible for;Maintain accountability for all Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E;) matters on siteEnsure construction activities are executed in line with approved specifications and design requirementsCoordinate effectively with project management, contractors, and relevant stakeholdersManage and control construction materials on siteSupport the Project Manager in identifying, assessing, and managing project variationsOversee testing and pre-commissioning activities, ensuring they are planned and executed appropriatelyIdentify, record, and drive closure of non-conformancesContribute to work pack development and as-built documentation alongside the Project Manager and engineering teamMonitor progress and ensure works align with the project scheduleWhat you will bringProven experience in construction supervisionStrong understanding of site safety and compliance requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skillsAbility to work autonomously across split shiftsMust be locally based in or near Tocumwal,
