Process Operators
to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
Operate processing plant equipment: Milling, CIL, thickening, filtration, elution circuit & control room
Operate mill feed loader when required
Monitor and control process via SCADA system
Conduct plant inspections, identify maintenance needs
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
What You'll Need




Essential:
"C" Class Australian Driver's Licence
Previous experience in gold processing plant operations
Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks
NPC clearance and full Australian working rights
Solid understanding of process operations and SCADA systems
Safety-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Desirable:
Confined Space, Gas Testing, Working at Heights tickets
Forklift and Front-End Loader tickets
