About the role:
As a
Parts Interpreter
, you'll be the first point of contact for our trade, industrial and mining customers.
You'll learn how to:
Interpret and identify automotive parts
Process customer orders
Dispatch parts efficiently
Promote current specials
Arrange buy-ins
Process customer credits
Provide solutions and problem-solve for customers
Deliver exceptional service both in-person and over the phone
Contribute to a strong safety-first culture - because we make it safe & make it home
Note:
This role involves lifting, bending and climbing as part of daily tasks.
Duties include:
Interpret parts
Process customer orders
Efficiently dispatch products and parts
Promote specials




Arrange buy ins
Process customer credits
First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
Contribute to a
culture of safety
by putting
