About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping business requirements, improving processes and delivering successful technology outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:




Leading business analysis activities across enterprise ICT projects, with a focus on HR information systems and community-facing digital services.
Engaging confidently with stakeholders to understand business needs, documenting requirements and defining practical solution options.
Facilitating workshops, interviews and process mapping sessions to identify current-state challenges and future-state improvements.
Developing high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, process documentation and supporting project artefacts.
Supporting testing, deployment, change management and business readiness activities to ensure successful implementation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong mix of technical business analysis capability, stakeholder engagement skills and practical delivery experience.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A degree qualification in business, IT, commerce or a related field.
5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering large-scale ICT projects or enterprise applications projects.
Lean/Six Sigma, BPM certification or project management experience will be highly regarded.
Experience implementing enterprise software solutions, ideally HR systems or other complex business applications.
Experience working across Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery environments.
Strong capability in business process mapping, requirements elicitation and functional specification development.
A confident communicator with proven experience facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
Exposure to testing, deployment,



change management and business readiness activities.
Experience in identifying project risks, issues, controls and improvement opportunities through evidence-based analysis.
Demonstrated experience designing business workflows and identifying process automation opportunities.
Data analysis, migration and data cleansing experience, as part of system implementation and transformation projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering quality outcomes.
Experience in government, council or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
