This is an opportunity to play a critical role in shaping safe, productive and sustainable mining environments while working alongside highly experienced Technical Services and Operational teams.From optimising underground airflow and solving complex ventilation challenges to supporting the future growth of our operations, you'll have a genuine impact on the success of our mines every day.Roster: 8/6 (Dayshift only)Location: Cobar Region, NSWTravel OptionsResidents enjoy a balanced roster and the chance to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar.




Relocation support is available, along with a residential allowanceDIDO if you live within an 800km radius of the Mine site which includes a travel allowanceFIFO from Brisbane, Sydney or MelbourneKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain ventilation management plansConduct ventilation surveys and analysisModel and optimise underground airflow requirementsMonitor compliance with ventilation standards and regulationsSupport operational and technical teams with ventilation adviceIdentify opportunities to improve safety and efficiencyEssentialQualifications and experienceDegree in Mining Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualificationMinimum 4-5 years' experience in underground hard rock mining environmentsPractical experience in mine ventilation planning, monitoring and optimisationExperience conducting ventilation surveys and analysing ventilation performanceProficiency with VentSim or equivalent ventilation modelling softwareStrong understanding of underground mining methods,
