Roles to meet your needs – Permanent Part Time (min 2 days) up to Full Time About ACT Health Centre Home to the Department of Defence Headquarters, Airforce Headquarters and Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) which is a tri-service military academy.
The Health Centre opened mid-**** and is a large facility.
It services approximately **** military personnel, including trainee officers from both ADFA and Royal Military College.
There is a 24-bed low dependency ward which operates 24/7.
Services provided include primary medical, aviation & underwater medical, nursing, dental, mental health,



pharmaceutical and physiotherapy.
Defence Force Recruitment for medical officers is in addition to health centre roles.
Standard hours of operation are generally ********* Monday to Friday ( After-hours, weekend and on-call shifts may be required ).
What you'll do Deliver high-quality primary care to Defence members Occupational Medicine environment, conducting fitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment care, in addition to injury management, chronic disease management and preventative health
Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment where patient wellness is paramount What you bring Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner FRACGP, FACRRM or Vocational Registration Minimum two years' GP experience in the last five years in a GP Setting (GPT counts) Current CPR certification (HLTAID009) Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance) Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care Who we are Serco supports governments by delivering essential services across defence, health, justice, maritime and community services.
