We're looking for a vibrant,
superstar
to join our
Owner Services Department (OSD)
, based at our iconic
Q1 Resort & Spa
in Surfers Paradise.
Working as part of our OSD Team, you will look after the daily management of our investment owner's apartments and residential owners alike.
Working closely with apartment owners, maintenance, housekeeping & accounts departments, our new OSD team member will support the Owner Services Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
Building a strong relationship with apartment owners through open and transparent communication is a key aspect for our team members.
This is a
full-time
Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm position with a 4:30pm finish on Tuesdays.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional owner services support, managing enquiries, bookings, records, reporting, and administrative processes.
Assist with growing and maintaining the letting pool, including onboarding new apartments, managing owner documentation, and identifying business development opportunities.
Coordinate refurbishment projects, including owner communications, contractor liaison, invoicing,



reporting, and project tracking.
Manage maintenance, repairs, replacements, and annual property improvement programs, ensuring timely completion and accurate record keeping.
Support permanent rental and tenancy operations, including listings, applications, inspections, maintenance requests, and vacate procedures.
Build strong working relationships with owners, guests, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
Maintain compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements, confidentiality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Previous experience & knowledge of Real Estate letting, strata titled property operations and/or apartment resort operations will be beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and property management systems.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
