ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for passionate and experienced teachers who love working with young boys and are excited about the opportunity to be part of our growing Junior Secondary community.
Many of our boys come to us with diverse and sometimes challenging backgrounds and experiences, and some may have become disengaged from learning along the way.
We are looking for teachers who can build strong relationships, meet boys where they are at, and inspire them to re-engage with learning and see what they are capable of.
Your experience, passion and commitment can make a real difference in the lives of these young boys.
This year, we proudly commenced our Year 7 program,



with Year 8 joining us in ****.
As our Junior Secondary program continues to grow, Years 9 and 10 will be introduced in the coming years, creating a full secondary pathway alongside our established Years 11 and 12 program.
You will have the chance to teach across a variety of subjects, build connections with incredible young men, and support a growing, vibrant community committed to
"Building Better Men"
Fulltime - Monday to Friday 8:30 - 3:30pm
Student hours 9:00 - 2pm
ABOUT YOU
You have experience supporting neurodivergent students and students who have experienced trauma, and understand the importance of creating safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments.
Deliver engaging and differentiated learning experiences that support diverse learners.
Use strong knowledge of contemporary curriculum, pedagogy and assessment practices to collaboratively plan, assess and evaluate learning programs that enhance student outcomes.
You build positive, trusting relationships with students and understand that connection is the foundation for learning.
You understand that boys learn in different ways and are committed to creating engaging, relevant and purposeful learning experiences that capture their interest and help them thrive.
You recognise that working with our boys can come with challenges, but you embrace the opportunity to make a difference.
You are resilient, patient and positive,



and find purpose in knowing that the relationships you build and the impact you have can change a young person's experience of school and their belief in what they can achieve.
Work effectively as part of a team to support student success.
Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills while engaging in reflective practice, ongoing professional growth and a commitment to continuous improvement.
All applicants must hold a current Queensland College of Teachers Registration.
