We are passionate about supporting every child's development while fostering a workplace where educators feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.About The RoleAs Room Leader, you will lead your classroom team to deliver high-quality education and care while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor educators, support children's learning and development, and work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain the highest standards of education and care.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor educators within your room through on-the-floor guidance and supportPlan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLFFoster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environmentBuild positive relationships with children, families, and colleaguesSupport children's learning, development,
