This is a hands-on role operating across a range of mobile plant within a crushing environment.You will play a key part in keeping the plant running efficiently while maintaining strong safety and production standards.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGOperate and monitor mobile crushing and screening plantConduct start-up, shutdown, and ongoing plant checksAdjust plant settings to optimise throughput and product qualitySafely operate mobile plant including loaders, excavators, and water cartsComplete pre-starts, inspections, refuelling,



and general upkeepIdentify and report faults, hazards, and incidentsFollow isolation and lock-out/tag-out proceduresParticipate in toolbox talks and safety meetingsMaintain a clean, secure, and productive work environmentWHAT YOU'LL NEEDMinimum 2 years' experience in mobile crushing or mining operationsCompetency operating loaders, excavators, and water cartsExcavator and Loader tickets (essential)HR Licence (required)Forklift licence (desirable)Strong safety focus and awarenessAbility to work independently and within a teamGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in physically demanding site conditions
