The Opportunity
As a Broker Support Officer, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Business Development Managers and broker network to ensure applications move efficiently from submission through to settlement.
You'll become a trusted point of contact for brokers, helping deliver the exceptional service and responsiveness that Gamma Duo is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Support BDMs with broker enquiries and relationship management




Manage application pipelines and deal progression
Follow up supporting documentation and outstanding requirements
Liaise with Credit, Operations and Settlements teams
Provide application updates to brokers and referral partners
Maintain accurate CRM and application records
Assist with broker onboarding and engagement activities
Support sales campaigns and broker communications
Who We're Looking For
Experience in asset finance, commercial finance, lending or mortgage broking
Strong administration and customer service skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience using CRM or lending management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
