You will conduct real-time phone and chat screening of medical and mental health concerns, making rapid referral decisions to connect members with emergency services, GPs, or Sonder's mental health team.The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration, 5+ years in nursing including triage/ED, and demonstrates autonomous clinical decision-making under pressure.
