Ideally, you'll hold a
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
, but if you're currently working towards your Diploma, we would still love to hear from you.
We are committed to supporting educators as they continue to develop their skills and qualifications.
You will need a valid




paid Blue Card and foundations Geecko Traning
.
If your First Aid, CPR, Asthma or Anaphylaxis qualifications have lapsed, that's okay — you will have
four weeks after commencing
to renew them.
? Your key responsibilities will include:
Creating and contributing to meaningful curriculum and learning experiences for children.
Observing children's development, documenting their learning and achievements, and contributing to future learning goals.
Supporting, mentoring and sharing your knowledge with fellow educators.
Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Creating a safe, engaging and inspiring learning environment through meaningful provocations and invitations to play.
Contributing to centre events, celebrations and community experiences.
Helping us continue to develop and improve our service as we invest in our environments, programs and people.
