The role
We are seeking an experienced
Head of Product and Services
to join our Product and Servicing team within the broader Member Experience
business unit.
As our
Head of Product and Services
, you will lead a
high-performing team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to
deliver strategic product initiatives, oversee end-to-end product lifecycle
management, and support organisational transformation and member journey uplift.
You will bring extensive leadership experience within superannuation,
retirement, insurance and/or financial services, strong stakeholder engagement
and vendor management capabilities, and a proven ability to translate complex
regulatory and technical information into practical solutions that improve
member outcomes.
Reporting to the Chief Member Experience Officer, you will
lead the strategic direction, development and ongoing management of GESB's
superannuation products and services, ensuring they deliver strong member
outcomes, remain competitive, compliant and sustainable.
You will drive a
member-first approach to product and service innovation, leveraging data,
research and industry insights to shape offerings across accumulation,
retirement and insurance products, while enhancing the overall member
experience.
This is a full-time position on a five-year fixed term
contract.
