About the Role
As a Senior Finance & Mortgage Broker, you'll work with a steady flow of pre-qualified clients — primarily property investors and first home buyers referred through our investment advisory team.
Your job is to understand their financial position, structure the right lending solution and guide them through to settlement.
You'll be supported by our Parabroking team handling compliance documentation and lender liaison, so you can stay focused on what generates revenue: client relationships and loan writing.
Your Responsibilities
• Meeting with clients to assess financial position, goals and borrowing capacity




• Structuring and recommending suitable loan solutions across a wide lender panel
• Liaising with lenders to secure the best available terms for each client's situation
• Advising clients across all aspects of the mortgage process — grants, deposits, repayments and costs
• Managing your pipeline via our CRM and meeting agreed settlement targets
• Ensuring full compliance with NCCP, responsible lending obligations and internal policies
• Maintaining solid client and referral relationships to drive repeat business
What We're Looking For
Mandatory:
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a loan writer with a proven settlement track record
• Diploma or Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
• Active ACL or authorised credit representative status
• Strong understanding of servicing, security and credit policy across major lenders
• Excellent client communication and consultative sales ability
Preferred:
• Experience working with property investors and SMSF lending
• Experience in Commercial & Development Lending
• Existing accreditations across a broad lender panel
• Familiarity with BrokerEngine, ApplyOnline & Quickli
• Experience in a high-volume brokerage environment
