You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of clients, from private to large global corporations.The role will involve assisting the Tax Manager with the following:Structuring of acquisition and sales of businesses and investmentsAll areas of corporate taxation, capital gains tax and employment taxesUndertaking tax research, analysing and interpreting tax legislationTaxation due diligenceLiaising and negotiating with the ATO on behalf of clientsAbout youFrom 6 or more years experience in Tax with exposure to written advisory within an Australian law or accounting firmAn interest in income tax advice relating to corporate tax, CGT,



personal income tax and international taxInterested in completing a Masters of Law or TaxExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skillsWillingness to learnWhy Forvis Mazars?
