All while staying committed to our member first ethos as a proud Industry Fund.About the roleThe Analyst, Enterprise Compliance (Policy & Conflicts) plays an significant role in supporting the effective operation and continuous improvement of CBUS' policy management and conflicts management frameworks.As part of the Enterprise Compliance team, you will support policy lifecycle management, conflicts of interest processes and governance reporting, helping to ensure effective compliance and governance outcomes across the Fund.Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will contribute to framework uplift initiatives and help strengthen the practices that underpin policy and conflicts management in a complex, regulated environment.Key AccountabilitiesSupport the implementation and ongoing uplift of policy management and conflicts of interest frameworksCoordinate policy lifecycle activities, conflict disclosures, approvals, reviews and related governance processesMaintain policy libraries and conflicts registers, ensuring information remains accurate, complete and auditablePrepare reporting,
insights and governance information relating to conflicts, policies and emerging trendsSupport stakeholder engagement, training and communications to embed strong policy and conflicts management practices across CBUSWhat will you bring?
Experience in a risk, compliance, governance or related role supporting policy management, compliance or governance processesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes to deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and an ability to simplify complex informationProven ability building effective working relationships with stakeholders across a business environmentExperience maintaining registers, records or other structured information sources, with a focus on accuracy and completenessExperience using Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) systems like Archer or similar governance and compliance tools (desirable)A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomesBelong at CBUSWe value difference, and embrace people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, gender identities, abilities and thinking styles.
