and maximize outcomes for students.Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidenceValidating, moderating, and continuously improving assessment tools and processes, and moderating assessment decisionsActively engaging in ongoing career development to ensure the continued currency of VET knowledge and skills, industry skills / vocational competence, and trainer / assessor competenceAll applicants need to have:Certificate IV in TAE***** or TAE***** along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 unitsCurrency DocumentsProof of PDs done in the last year
