The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and experienced Custom Broker to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing customs processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage import and export customs clearance processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant customs laws and regulations




Communicate effectively with clients and government authorities
Process refunds and drawbacks
Provide tariff advice and tariff concession order applications.
Handle documentation and paperwork related to customs clearance
Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a custom broker
Licenced Broker, CPD compliant, DAFF Accredited
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and skilled in managing paperwork and documentation
