We're seeking someone to shepherd every recent client from signed contract to realizing value through onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support.You'll sit with agency staff, translate how they actually work into a tailored ZREC setup, run memorable training in plain English, and stay on it until issues are resolved.
Reporting to the Product Manager, you'll share frontline insights that shape the roadmap,
