Service Manager | Perth - Southern Suburbs
We're partnering with one of Australia's leading equipment hire businesses to recruit an experienced Service Manager on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role focused on service delivery, team performance, commercial outcomes and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day service operations
Manage, support and mentor service and operational employees
Oversee workflow, scheduling and service delivery
Deliver against budgets, revenue targets, profitability and KPIs
Maintain high standards of customer service
Oversee procurement and support external sales activities
Develop external servicing opportunities and customer relationships
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery
Maintain a strong focus on WHS and safe working practices
About You
Previous experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Manager or similar




Background within equipment hire, access equipment, heavy equipment, materials handling or industrial services is highly desirable
Enjoy working in a fast-moving, high-performing business environment
Strong technical understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems
Proven people leadership and team management experience
Commercial experience across budgets, KPIs and revenue targets
Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
Current Driver's Licence
