Patties Food Group is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead Commodities, Fruits & Vegetables across our national network.
You will shape sourcing strategies, negotiate key supplier contracts and drive cost optimisation while ensuring safety and quality in all ingredients.The role collaborates with Operations, Planning, Innovation, Quality and Finance to manage supply risk and supplier performance.
Hybrid setup and robust commercial focus are key.
