Supermarket retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential
Ability to lead and manage a team
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
Unparalleled commitment to customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with both team members and management
A flair for merchandising
Strong leadership and delegation skills
Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams
Commitment to work health and safety standard
Accurate rostering and ordering experience will be an advantage
