About the Role
As Duty Manager, you'll lead shifts across our busy gaming room, bar and bistro, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong gaming compliance and smooth day-to-day venue operations.
You'll be a visible leader who motivates the team while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
What You'll Bring
Previous hospitality leadership or Duty Manager experience.
Current
RSA
,
RSG
and




Responsible Persons (RP) Badge
(essential).
Strong knowledge of gaming operations and Responsible Gambling requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to lead by example.
Availability to work a rotating roster, including
nights, weekends and public holidays
.
