Amazon is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team in a 24/7 back-end sortation setting.
You will collaborate with the Operations Shift Manager and Delivery Station Manager to drive performance and resolve issues, while monitoring attendance, schedules, and workflow.The role requires experience in warehouse operations and logistics, plus a flexible schedule including weekends and nights.
Prior team leadership and initiative in process improvements are preferred.
