Red Arrow Group PTY LTD ABOUT THE ROLE: Red Arrow Australia is looking for a driven Recruitment Advisor – Blue Collar to join our recruitment team in Perth.
This is a role for someone who knows the labour hire and trades recruitment industry inside and out and thrives on building relationships within the mining sector.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar and trades positions briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates Build and nurture a network of quality tradespeople, operators and labourers across the mining and construction sectors Meet and exceed individual targets
Work closely with the wider Red Arrow team to deliver a seamless client and candidate experience WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant/Advisor, ideally within blue collar, trades or labour hire recruitment A genuine understanding of the recruitment industry Experience or strong interest in the mining, resources and construction sectors A confident, resilient, sales-driven mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment A valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia WHY JOIN RED ARROW?
