Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable & Payroll
We're looking for a Bookkeeper who can also handle Accounts Payable and Payroll, working across the group of companies under our Capital Group.
You'll be working closely with our accountants, so you'll need a solid handle on bookkeeping fundamentals, accounts, and Xero — this isn't a "learning on the job" role, we need someone who already knows their way around the numbers.
What you'll be doing:
Day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple companies in the group
Accounts payable — processing and managing invoices, supplier payments
Payroll processing
Working alongside our accountants to keep everything accurate and up to date
Helping keep financials organised as the group grows
Accounts Receivable
What we're looking for:
Solid bookkeeping and accounts experience




Confident using Xero
Comfortable managing AP and payroll for more than one entity at a time
Someone who's organised, reliable, and doesn't need everything spelled out twice
A good attitude — easy going, bubbly, and genuinely fun to have around.
We spend a lot of time together as a team and we want someone who adds to that.
