Must have Skills:
Strong experience delivering complex infrastructure initiatives, ideally involving data centre networks, enterprise networks, trading or other mission-critical platforms.
Practical understanding of network build and delivery concepts including routing/switching, core and customer access layers, WAN/co-location connectivity, network management, monitoring and time synchronisation dependencies.
Working knowledge of data centre infrastructure dependencies, including power, cooling, rack layout, rack-and-stack, structured cabling, cross-connects, server installation and hardware logistics.
Proven ability to lead delivery through development, certification, pre-production, QA and production environments, including readiness and cutover preparation.
Experience managing dependencies across network engineering, application/platform teams, vendors, procurement, operations and customer-facing stakeholders.




Strong judgement to surface risks, challenge assumptions, manage trade-offs and support decision-making under uncertainty.
Ability to convert ambiguous infrastructure problems into structured delivery plans, clear milestones and practical action ownership.
Strong stakeholder communication and reporting capability, including concise executive-level updates and escalation of issues requiring management attention.
Comfort working in Jira/backlog or equivalent delivery tracking tools to manage scope, actions, blockers and progress.
