About the Position:
Our client is seeking a driven and experienced
Paralegal
to support their legal professionals across a broad spectrum of practice areas including
family law, criminal defence, commercial transactions, and litigation

This full-time opportunity offers the chance to be on the front line of legal practice—no two days are the same.
You will be a key part of the firm's engine room, offering high-level support to lawyers while contributing directly to file progression and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of family law, criminal, commercial, and litigation matters
Draft general correspondence, court documents, and legal briefs
Conduct legal research and compile analysis for use in matters
Maintain and organise case files across multiple jurisdictions
Manage client communications via phone, mail, and email
Prepare documentation for legal meetings and draft relevant legal forms
Provide high-quality administrative and legal support to the professional team
Liaise with clients, demonstrating strong service and communication skills




Key Requirements:
Previous paralegal experience across multiple legal practice areas
Sound knowledge of legal documentation and court filing procedures
Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
