A passion for shaking cocktails and love of delivering service with flair and personality is a must.Skills & Experience1 - 2 years of experience working in a similar restaurant, hotel or bar setting.Experience making cocktails with a good knowledge of all things beverage related from the classics to more complex and sophisticated.Personable, enjoy working in a busy environment and engaging with guests.Good communication,
