Deli Manager & Barista

Nestled amongst Adelaide Uni West Campus on the West End of Hindley Street.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on
Deli Manager
to lead the day-to-day operation of our deli.
This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys
great coffee, fresh food and hospitality
, and is confident leading a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the daily operation of the deli
Making quality coffee and maintaining barista standards
Preparing fresh sandwiches, salads and other deli items
Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with regulars
Leading, training and supporting the deli team
Managing daily food preparation, stock and presentation
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
About You
Previous experience in a deli, café, restaurant or similar environment




Strong
barista and food preparation skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident leading a team
Organised, reliable and able to work independently
Passionate about quality food, coffee and hospitality
This is a excellent opportunity for someone who wants to

This is a Full Time position 38 hours per week, Generally Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm.
Casual Position available if preferred.
