The Role
The Utilities & Infrastructure division is one of the biggest growth opportunities inside Resourceful.
You'll step into a division with two consultants already in place, a genuine client base, strong internal support, and a clear mandate to grow.
Your job is to lead from the front: run your desk, drive new client relationships, deepen the accounts we already have, coach the team, and grow the division into a national recruitment business in its own right.
There is real work to do.
Real BD.
Real account growth.
Real leadership.
But you'll have the brand, systems, technology,



support and commercial upside behind you.
What You'll Own
The performance and growth of the Utilities & Infrastructure division
Your own desk, placing mid-to-senior technical, commercial and white-collar talent across the sector
New client development and the growth of existing accounts
Winning exclusive, retained work across infrastructure, utilities, water, transport and related markets
Coaching, growing and backing the consultants in your team
The standard for delivery: quality, speed and accountability
The culture of your division, and a genuine say in where the business goes next
About You
A proven biller in technical, engineering or heavy-industry recruitment
Civil infrastructure, utilities, water, transport or adjacent market experience would be highly regarded
Already leading a team, or genuine leadership experience
Strong in BD, client development and opening new relationships
Commercially sharp, and motivated by growth, ownership and long-term value
A relationship-builder who earns trust, says it straight and plays the long game
Comfortable leading from the front, not managing from the sidelines
