Community Housing Limited (CHL) is hiring 2 x Initial Assessment & Planning Workers (Corrections) to support people leaving custody with housing assessments, planning and referrals.
Roles are permanent; one full time and one part-time (5 days a fortnight), based in Bairnsdale or Morwell, with duties at Fulham Correctional Centre as needed.You will assess housing needs, coordinate responses and help clients access safe, stable housing pathways before and after release, working with Corrections
