Prospect Hill is seeking a proactive and organised SIL Housing Officer to support our portfolio of NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes across NSW and QLD.
This is a varied and rewarding role combining property coordination, maintenance, housing administration and asset management, helping ensure our homes remain safe, comfortable and well-maintained for the people who live in them.
Working closely with real estate agents, landlords, tradespeople, House Managers and internal teams, you will play an important role in supporting our accommodation services across both states.
The role will also include fleet administration, such as coordinating vehicle registrations and servicing, as well as occasional household, property and event-related purchasing.

About the Role
As our SIL Housing Officer, you will support the day-to-day coordination of our housing portfolio and related assets across NSW and QLD.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and establishing suitable homes for participants
Liaising with real estate agents, landlords and property managers
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and property improvements
Conducting property visits and inspections
Arranging furniture, household items and current property setups
Coordinating utility connections including electricity, gas, water and internet




Scheduling and coordinating tradespeople and contractors
Assisting with company vehicle registrations, servicing and maintenance schedules
Completing routine property checks and following up required actions
Supporting House Managers with property-related requirements
Assisting with occasional household and event-related purchases
Maintaining accurate property and asset records
Providing general administrative support as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be:
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
Practical, proactive and solutions-focused
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
Able to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Someone who takes pride in keeping things organised and getting the job done
Essential Requirements
Current NSW Driver's Licence
Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience in property management, real estate, housing, facilities, administration or a similar role
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
Desirable
Experience within the disability, community services, housing or real estate sectors
Understanding of Supported Independent Living (SIL) services
