What You'll Be Doing
Lead and motivate a a team of 5-7 operators
Maintain food safety and quality standards
Promote safe work practices
Provide coaching, guidance, and support
Collaborate across departments to achieve targets
Profile description:
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a similar role within FMCG
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred)
A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentI
