Automotive Technicians
As an Automotive Technician, you could be responsible for:
Completing vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections and diagnostics
Identifying faults and recommending practical repair solutions
Completing quality workmanship safely and efficiently
Working closely with the wider workshop and store team
Helping deliver a straightforward and trusted experience for every customer
Leading Hand Mechanics
As a Leading Hand, you'll combine your technical expertise with practical leadership to help keep the workshop running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting the day-to-day flow of work through the workshop
Guiding, coaching and supporting other technicians
Helping prioritise jobs and maintain workshop productivity
Supporting quality, safety and compliance standards
Leading by example and contributing to a positive team environment
Workshop Controllers
Our Workshop Controllers play a key role in keeping the workshop organised, productive and customer-focused.
You'll be responsible for:
Coordinating bookings, job allocation and technician workflow
Monitoring job progress and managing workshop capacity
Supporting technicians with priorities, productivity and quality outcomes
Working closely with the store team to ensure clear communication
Helping create a safe, organised and productive workshop workplace
Supporting a smooth and positive customer experience from booking through to completion
We're looking for automotive professionals who enjoy solving problems, take ownership of their work and genuinely care about delivering quality outcomes for customers.
You'll be comfortable working in a busy workshop environment, contributing as part of a team and doing the right thing for the customer.

Mandatory requirements
To be considered for this talent pool, you
must
have:
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive
4+ years of hands-on workshop experience
Full Australian working rights
Current Australian driver's licence
