Working with our generous donors, you will enjoy a more predictable, people‐focused environment with less hospital pressure and the chance to be a key part of the community.As a Registered Nurse, you will bring your customer‐facing skills and passion to deliver an exceptional service, while working together to ensure Australia's supply of blood products.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and interview potential donors to understand their eligibility and suitability to donateProvide clinical oversight and guide team members in the blood collection processComplete routine blood pressure and haemoglobin testsSet up machines and collection equipmentInsert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood, plasma, and plateletsManage adverse donor reactions by providing instructions and physical assistanceMonitor donors post‐donation and assist them to rebook for their next donationQualifications and RequirementsCompleted a Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and hold a current AHPRA registrationOccasionally lift between ******kgFrequently stand,
