About the Role
As a
Junior Sales Associate/Sales Assistant
, you will play a key role in supporting our lead agent with day-to-day operations while building your own skills to succeed in the real estate world.
This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for property and people.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Responding to email and phone enquiries promptly and professionally
Managing inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Prospecting and following up with potential clients
Organising and managing the agent's diary and calendar
Preparing and writing sales contracts
Liaising with clients, settlement agents,



and other stakeholders
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
Energetic, motivated, and willing to learn
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive and positive attitude

current real estate registration/license is ideal
(or willingness to obtain)
Own car and valid driver's license
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
