About The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for leading production, logistics, and purchasing to ensure secure, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
You will oversee plant performance, optimise resources, and deliver on customer commitments while leading a small, hands‐on team of 4 production staff.
This is a highly autonomous and hands‐on role, where you will be actively involved on the floor, supporting operations, solving real‐time issues, and driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead safe operations aligned with VENTORA EHS standards
Manage a small team of 4 production employees
Take a hands‐on approach to day‐to‐day operations
Oversee production, logistics, and purchasing functions
Develop production schedules to meet demand and deadlines
Monitor output, quality, and performance metrics
Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
Manage inventory levels and supply chain coordination




Oversee maintenance to reduce downtime
About You
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing
Experience leading small, hands‐on teams
Comfortable working autonomously with full accountability
Willing to be hands‐on and present on the production floor
Strong background in production planning and operations
Experience with safety, quality, and compliance
Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making skills
Exposure to building products or a similar industry is advantageous
