You'll guide squads through design and delivery, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and help build a stable, scalable platform for the future.This role blends deep technical expertise with people leadership, working closely with Architects, Product Owners and Engineering Managers to turn strategy into practical outcomes.Lead solution design and technical delivery across squadsEnsure alignment with architecture, security and engineering standardsCoach and mentor engineers to uplift capability and qualityManage technical debt and support platform stabilityContribute to Appian standards and communities of practicePartner with stakeholders to manage dependencies and delivery prioritiesAbout youYou're a collaborative technical leader who enjoys being close to delivery and supporting others to succeed.
You bring strong Appian experience, sound engineering judgement, and a practical approach to solving complex problems.Proven experience leading technical design in Agile environmentsStrong understanding of integrations, APIs, databases and secure designHands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, Azure Data Platform,
