Role Overview
The Associate Territory Manager – Upper Extremities supports sales growth and clinical adoption of Stryker's shoulder arthroplasty, trauma, and reconstructive solutions across the Perth / Western Australia territory.
This role partners closely with Territory Managers and provides in‐theatre clinical support to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in‐theatre clinical and technical support for orthopaedic upper extremity proceduresSupport sales execution, account management, and territory planningDevelop strong product knowledge across shoulder arthroplasty, trauma, and reconstructive systemsPartner with Territory Managers to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic initiativesCoordinate inventory management to ensure product availability and complianceTroubleshoot product‐related issues using clinical insightAnalyse territory and performance data to support sales growthBuild trusted,



professional relationships with surgeons, nurses, and clinical stakeholdersSupport achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any disciplineMinimum 1 year of experience in sales, healthcare, or customer‐facing rolesAbility to work in hospital environments, including operating theatresCurrent valid driver's licenceStrong communication and relationship‐building skills
Preferred Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in an allied health field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science)Experience in medical devices, orthopaedics, or clinical support rolesExposure to working toward sales targets, KPIs, or commercial objectives
